M&A Target Search

We work with companies to develop target search criteria that are custom-fit to your specific strategy and goals. We work with your business leaders to make sure all potential targets are uncovered. We develop and maintain an industry target database with prioritizations. In concert with you, we will approach the most likely and attractive targets to explore deal potential. 

Deal Execution

When a deal has been identified, we work with your deal team on execution. All the way from Acquisition Planning and Financing to Negotiations, LOI, Due Diligence, and Purchase Agreement. We make sure the deal progresses and coordinate with legal and accounting advisors to assure milestones and cost controls. Upon closing, we work with business teams on Integration Planning and Execution.

Growth Strategy

Strategy is not a set-and-forget item rather an ongoing process that needs constant attention and iteration. We help companies establish such a process, and feed it with inspiration, from top management and the board but also from business unit managers. Once a strategy is established, we help develop key metrics to monitor progress, including development of simple but powerful dashboards. We engage with business leaders in your organization to iterate and operationalize initiatives, and finally transition these efforts to the budgeting process.
